About the Founder
Tina (Founder of Kesis Consulting) is an accomplished safeguarding consultant and author with over 15 years of experience across education, social care, international development, and the private sector. She has delivered training and conducted safeguarding audits across Africa, the USA, and the Middle East, providing expert advisory services. A passionate advocate for gender equality and cultural inclusivity, Tina is committed to mitigating risks of harm, with specialism in domestic abuse and gender-based violence (GBV). She holds a BSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Children and Young People, and an MA in Children, Youth, and International Development. Her expertise ensures comprehensive safeguarding strategies and practice. Tina was named a next-generation Trailblazer by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in 2020 and a True Honouree in 2023 for her work safeguarding against so-called “honour-based” abuse. She recently served as a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68) and is a member of the Methodist Church's safeguarding committee.

Our team has a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health, trauma, and the societal impacts of violence, particularly on vulnerable youth populations.
